Medium Spicy Level
Ingredients:
•1.5 lb Butter
•4 tbsp Chopped Onion
•4 tbsp Chopped Garlic
•4 tbsp Viet Cajun Seasoning
•3 tbsp Spicy Cajun Chili
•4 tbsp Sugar
•3 tbsp Lemon Juice

Direction: Create a Cajun Sauce.
Step 1: Use a sauté pan with low heat.
Step 2: Add Butter, Onions, Garlic until melted.
Step 3: Add Viet Cajun Seasoning, Spicy Cajun Chili, Sugar and Lemon Juice into a pan stir-slowly until complete. Turn off.
Pour a Cajun Sauce over seafood. Toss and serve.
