Asian Cajun Sauce

Based on 6 lbs of Seafood Medium Spicy Level

Ingredients

•1.5 lb Butter
•4 tbsp Chopped Onion
•4 tbsp Chopped Garlic
•4 tbsp Viet Cajun Seasoning
•3 tbsp Spicy Cajun Chili
•4 tosp Sugar
•3 tbsp Lemon Juice

Direction

Step 1: Use a sauté pan with low heat.
Step 2: Add Butter, Onions, Garlic until melted.
Step 3: Add Viet Cajun Seasoning, Spicy Cajun Chili, Sugar and Lemon Juice into a pan, stir-slowly until complete.
Turn off.
Pour a Cajun Sauce over seafood. Toss and serve.
