Crispy Cajun Shrimp, Fish or Chicken
Tossed with one of Cajun Seasoning Flavors (Viet Cajun, Louisiana, Lemon Pepper or Spicy Cajun.)
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Shrimp, Fish or Chicken
- 1 Egg
- 1 pouch (15oz) of A.P Flour or Tapioca Starch.
- 4 Tbsp one of Cajun Flavors (Viet Cajun, Louisiana, Lemon Pepper or Spicy
Directions:
- Rinse the Shrimp with water and let it dry for 5 minutes.
- In the Stainless steel Bowl. Add Shrimp & 1 Tbsp of Cajun Seasoning Flavor. Mix it together and Let's marinate for 2 mins.
- Crack the egg and put it in the bowl, mix with the Shrimp.
- Pour A.P. Flour or Tapioca Starch slowly into the bowl and mix it until the flour sticks to the shrimp.
- Turn on the flame with Oil on the pan and wait until the oil is hot enough @ 275 F - 300 F.
- Add the shrimp slowly one by one and Fry until crispy.
- Take all the shrimp out and let it dry for 10 seconds.
- Sprinkle with one of Cajun Seasoning Flavor (3 tbsp) on the crispy shrimp and toss it with jalapeno.
- Enjoy the Crispy Cajun Shrimp.
