Crispy Cajun Shrimp, Fish or Chicken 

Tossed with one of Cajun Seasoning Flavors (Viet Cajun, Louisiana, Lemon Pepper or Spicy Cajun.)

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Shrimp, Fish or Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pouch (15oz) of A.P Flour or Tapioca Starch.
  • 4 Tbsp one of Cajun Flavors (Viet Cajun, Louisiana, Lemon Pepper or Spicy

Directions:

  1. Rinse the Shrimp with water and let it dry for 5 minutes.
  2. In the Stainless steel Bowl. Add Shrimp & 1 Tbsp of Cajun Seasoning Flavor. Mix it together and Let's marinate for 2 mins.
  3. Crack the egg and put it in the bowl, mix with the Shrimp.
  4. Pour A.P. Flour or Tapioca Starch slowly into the bowl and mix it until the flour sticks to the shrimp.
  5. Turn on the flame with Oil on the pan and wait until the oil is hot enough @ 275 F - 300 F.
  6. Add the shrimp slowly one by one and Fry until crispy.
  7. Take all the shrimp out and let it dry for 10 seconds.
  8. Sprinkle with one of Cajun Seasoning Flavor (3 tbsp) on the crispy shrimp and toss it with jalapeno.
  9. Enjoy the Crispy Cajun Shrimp.
